Henry Lukenge – FCCA, CGA – President and CEO

Henry has been in the recruitment industry since 1999, specializing in designing , setup and roll out of financial and business information systems for Accounting and Healthcare recruitment service providers in Europe and North America. Prior to forming Nexim Healthcare Consultants, he was the Finance Manager at a major Investment Bank in Toronto, Canada. Henry’s Business and recruitment philosophy is simple: Honest, ethical and meticulous, for clients and candidates alike.

Hannington Okello – Operations and Human Resource Manager

Hannington brings with him over 6 years of nursing and healthcare experience having graduated in the RPN program at George Brown.

He has worked at major hospitals, retirement residences and in the community as well. He uses this background to add quality control, candidate development, skills development and contingency planning.

He is tasked with developing our ever-growing pool of candidates and ensuring that they are adequately trained and qualified for any assignments we receive.
