Nexim contractors who work with vulnerable persons will have a current police check, first aid, CPR, and certifications appropriate to their job title.- Nexim represented contractors will never leave a contract before their end date in order to be placed with another client.
- We will never approach an employee of a client with the intention of offering alternative employment.
- We will personally interview every candidate before submitting their details to a client.
- We will personally check every candidate’s references and work history.
- We will never alter a CV (other than to format it to suit Nexim Health Care’s format) to suit a particular role.
