We are also aware of the frustrations experienced in dealing with recruitment agencies, and offer the following guarantees to every client that we engage with:
• We offer a market leading rebate scheme which we will refund 100% of our fee if a permanent employee that we place leaves their employment (for any reason), within the first 90 days of their employment with you.
• All of our candidates undergo at least two separate telephone interviews with different consultants before being assigned to our clients.
• We examine our candidates’ CV and describe the role we have in mind for them in great detail, ensuring that not only are their skills relevant to the position, but also that they have a genuine interest in being put forward to our client.
• Wherever geographically possible, we will meet our candidates in person.
• We initiate our candidate referencing process at the earliest opportunity in order to identify any career history discrepancies.
• We work closely with our candidates through the job offer / resignation process, ensuring that a very high proportion of our candidates who are offered positions accept the offer.
• We will be open and honest in all of our dealings with you.
• We ensure we have agreed terms in place with you before beginning work on any assignment.
